Comeback: TLC - Meant To Be

In celebration of their 20-plus year legacy, TLC have announced that they will be releasing a new greatest hits collection titled 20 on October 15. The album comes packed with 13 of the group’s biggest hits including their four #1 singles “Creep,” “Waterfalls,” “No Scrubs,” and “Unpretty.” Here we have the premiere of “Meant to Be,” the one new song which also serves as the theme song for their upcoming movie CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story (October 21 on VH1). Penned by Ne-Yo, “Meant to Be” is a smooth and heartwarming R&B ballad that has T-Boz handling the verses and Chilli taking lead on the bridges just like old times. Its a sweet song reminiscent of the group’s earlier work. This is a nice taste of what we can expect from their new album, due out next year. What do you guys think?
