New Single: Little Mix - ‘Boy’ (and Salute Album preview)

With the UK release of their new album Salute quickly approaching on November 11, Little Mix have decided to increase the anticipation and share a brand-new track from the record titled “Boy“!

Much like the lead single “Move,” the track focuses mainly on the British girl group’s vocals which have never sounded better than they do here. After a minute of minimalism a thrilling beat arrives and the girls continue their layers of vocal harmonies – its all pretty damn epic. That’s not all though, aside from “Boy,” we also have an album sampler featuring 30-second clips of every track on the deluxe edition of the album. The sampler definitely is not enough to judge the album just yet but the clips give us a good idea of what to expect and it all sounds pretty amazing. With writing credits on every track, its clear the girls have taken control of their sound and brought it to the next level. I’m so pumped! What do you guys think?

Little Mix are a British four-piece girl group formed inside 2011, consisting of members Perrie Edwards, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, plus Jade Thirlwall. They were formed only for the eighth series of The X Factor, where they became the initially group entry to win inside the programme’s eight-year history. After their victory, they finalized with Simon Cowell’s record label Syco Records. The group subsequently finalized inside the United States with Columbia Records.

On 25 January 2012, the group created an appearance at the National Television Awards plus performed the En Vogue song “Don’t Let Go (Love)”. They furthermore accompanied fellow judges Gary Barlow plus Tulisa Contostavlos on stage to obtain the Best Talent Show honor won by the The X Factor. In May 2012, Little Mix reportedly finalized a deal with Vivid plus Bravado to release their own range of treatments including dolls, puzzles, accessories plus games. The group performed the single “Wings” for the first-time at the T4 found on the Beach concert on 1 July. The single debuted at #1. On 31 August 2012, the group’s autobiography, titled Ready to Fly, was introduced by Harper Collins.

On 23 September 2013, a single called “Move” premiered; this is the lead single from Little Mix’s future 2nd studio album plus is introduced on iTunes on 3 November. On 4 October, the group uploaded a movie to their official YouTube page, announcing which their 2nd album will be called Salute. The album is introduced on 11 November 2013 inside the UK plus 4 February 2014 inside the US. Little Mix performed “Move” found on the fifth series of the Australian adaptation of the The X Factor. After the performance, “Move” debuted found on the ARIA Singles Chart at amount 33.
